Sinus & Bone Grafting

When you have not had teeth for a long period of time, the supporting bone around the teeth slowly dissolves away (Resorb). The result is insufficient bone to support dental implants. Bone may be grown allowing implants to be placed later.

Nerve Repositioning

The facial nerve, which supply feeling to the lower lip and front teeth, pass through the lower jaw on each side. Sometimes this nerve needs to be moved in order for Dental Implants to be successfully placed into the lower jaw.
